Every year, Audi service professionals from all over the world put their skills to the test in the Audi Twin Cup. The aim: to combine motivation, enthusiasm and expertise by creating expert teams. So that your Audi is in the best of hands with professionals who care for cars every day as their passion.
Team spirit: alongside expertise and dependability, a strong feeling of community is also a factor for a successful service experience. The Audi Twin Cup also shows that real team spirit is an everyday experience in the Audi service centres: in the voluntary team event, Audi service employees initially meet on a national level to compete - competing is well known as in Audi’s genes. After this, the final participants from many different countries test themselves at the world championship. In 2018, Audi service employees from 34 countries were present. Alongside Germany, colleagues from countries such as Canada, South Africa, China, Brazil and South Korea participated. In the exciting final, the Audi service employees put their technical know-how and their expertise in advising customers to the test. A very tough competition which doesn’t just underline the standards that Audi Service sets itself, but also strengthens the enthusiasm of Audi’s service employees.
