As part of the vehicle reception procedure at a workshop appointment, your Audi Partner takes the time to advise you individually at your vehicle. Your Audi Partner explains the vehicle’s condition and informs you about technical details. At the lifting platform, your service advisor describes the condition of the brakes, steering, tyres, body and other components of the vehicle. The service advisor discusses the results of this inspection with you on the spot and answers your questions immediately.

Should any work be necessary, the service advisor informs you in advance of the estimated costs and agrees the next steps with you. Ultimately, you are the one who decides which work should be performed. The advice provided as part of the direct reception procedure is free of charge and without obligation.
